About Brit

Yoga has been a part of my life for over thirty years, and I have been blessed with training from some of Australia's most senior teachers.

Pilates came along later in life as a way of rehabilitating my scoliosis (so that I could do more yoga!!) Somehow the method became a most delightful obsession. This led me to earn a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction 10838NAT from the industry leading Pilates ITC.

Practicing what I have learnt is incredibly important and I continue self-mastery and mentoring with my teachers so that I can improve my knowledge for you. My style is aligned with the classic styles of both yoga and Pilates where I aim for flow, challenge, mindfulness and fun.

The physical aspect of moving our bodies, stretching, breathing and restoring is so appealing and vital. Yet it is those rare times when we are totally present, when we step into the moment that the true magic begins.

Whether this is a major step out of your comfort zone or already part of your lifestyle, I look forward to welcoming you to the studio.

I hope you will find the practice helps you to feel more comfortable in your body, able to breathe better and gives you time to re set your energy for your busy life. I want you to leave the studio feeling a whole lot better. Longer, stronger, refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead.
